We are a small church plant. We started as a group of guys gathering on Wednesday nights and hungering for a deeper sense to God's word to be taught and caught. Because of this as we prayed we began to feel God's leading for us to start a church that's central focus was on discipleship. We are committed to growing together and as we do this we will be able to see God reveal Himself to us in tangible ways.

As we grow it is our intent to remain a family and not just a group of people gathering in a location on a Sunday morning. This will require intentional interaction with each other not just on Sunday but throughout the week. As people come we will raise up leaders who help shepherd the flock and whose core responsibility will be to help those under them grow and become disciples as well.

We love meeting new people and sharing God's truth and love with them. So come visit us! We would love to see you on Sunday morning. As a small church plant we are still in the process of getting systems in place and so we never know what things will look like each week. But that keeps things exciting and we are trusting God for His mighty hand to move in a powerful Way through this body of believers.

What we believe:

God's Word

We believe the original manuscripts of the Old and New Testaments include the full, word-for-word, truthful, Holy Spirit inspired, inerrant Word of God which making it the superior and final authority in doctrine and practice (Is. 40:8; 2 Tim. 3:16-17; Heb. 4:12; 2 Pet. 1:20-21).

The Holy Trinity

We believe in one God eternally existing in three equal persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who are all of the same nature including their attributes, but who are distinct in roles and activity (Dt. 6:4; Is. 48:16; Jer. 10:10; Mt. 28:19; Jn. 10:30; Acts 5:3-4; 2 Cor. 13:14; Heb. 1:8).

God The Father

We believe as the eternal Father, God is the Creator of all people, the Father of the nation Israel, the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the spiritual Father of all who believe in Christ. He is the sovereign ruler, the One who sent the Son, and the disciplinarian of His children (Ex. 4:22; Ps. 2:7-9; Jn. 5:37; Acts 17:29; Gal. 3:26; Eph. 1:3-6; Heb. 12:9; 1 Pet. 1:3).

The Person and Work of Christ

We believe Jesus Christ the second person in the Trinity, the Son of God, Lord over all one day having every knee will bow and tongue confess this. (Phi.l 2:10-11 ) He became man through virgin birth, conceived by the Holy Spirit all the while never ceasing to be God, so He might reveal God and redeem sinful man. We believe He accomplished our redemption through His death on the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice and our redemption and salvation are guaranteed by His literal physical resurrection from the dead (Jn. 1:1, 14, 18; Lk. 1:35; Rom. 3:24-26; 4:25; 1 Pet. 1:3-5).
We believe Jesus Christ reigns in Heaven sitting at the right hand of God, where as High Priest He fulfills the ministry of intercession and advocacy for His people. He is also the Head of the Body (His Church) for which He will personally and imminently return (Eph. 4:11-16; 1 Thess. 4:13-18; Heb. 1:3; 7:23-25; 1 Jn. 2:1-2).

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is the third equal person of the Trinity His role is to restrain sin, convict of sin, and of judgment because of the ruler of this world is judged. He speaks truth and righteousness as well as foretelling of things to come ultimately to bring glory to the Father. He glorifies Christ. At the moment of salvation He permanently regenerates, indwells, baptizes and seals the Believer. He fills, gives gifts diversely to, teaches, leads, assures and intercedes for believers (Jn. 14:26; 16:6-15; Acts 1:5; 2:1-4; 11:1-18; Rom. 8:14-16, 26-27; 1 Cor. 6:19; 12:7-11, 13; Eph. 1:13-14; 5:18; 2 Thess. 2:1-10; Titus 3:5).

People

We believe Adam, the first man, was created from the dust, innocent and in the image and likeness of God. He sinned by disobeying God, the result being, both physical and spiritual death upon himself and his those who came after him. Because of this every person has inherited a sinful nature is thereby separated from God, and is in need of salvation (Gen. 1:27; 2:17; 3:17-19; Jn. 8:44; Rom. 5:12-21; Eph. 2:1-3).

Salvation

We believe all who receive Jesus Christ as their own personal Lord and Savior are born again of the Holy Spirit. By believing in Christ, His righteousness is given to the believer. Without personal merit, man is saved on the basis of Christ's death and shed blood (Jn. 1:12; 2:3, 16; 2 Cor. 5:17-21; Eph. 2:8-9; Titus 3:4-7).
Therein anyone who has received Jesus Christ and has been born again is eternally secure, having everlasting life, will not be condemned, has passed out of death into life, and shall never perish: therefore, there is a bodily resurrection of the believers to reign with Christ in Heaven and of the unbelievers (to everlasting punishment) (Dan. 12:1-2; Mt. 25:31-46; Jn. 3:16, 36; 5:24; 10:28-29; 11:25-26; Rom. 8:1-2; 28-39; Rev. 20:12-15).

Baptism

Believing adults and children who understand the meaning of baptism are encouraged to take this step in obedience to Christ. While water baptism does not save you, it provides an opportunity to publicly identify with Jesus. Baptism is an outward sign of an inward grace and is a picture of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
We believe the biblical pattern reminds us baptism follows belief in Christ for salvation. Therefore, we do not baptize infants but will give parents the opportunity to dedicate their children to the Lord who are ages 24 months and younger.

Marriage

We believe marriage has been ordained by God in creation. As he created Adam and Eve he created the first institution of Marriage between one man and one woman, anything outside of God's design is sin. In addition God intends sexual intimacy for marriage and only between a man and a woman who is married.  (Gen. 2:24-25; Matt. 19:3-6; I Cor. 5:1-7:5; Rom. 1:24-32; Lev. 18:6-30; Ps. 139:13-16)

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

Ron Snyder is described by many as a man who is passionate and motivated to serve God and to bring glory to His name. Ron describes himself as a man who grew up in the church but was far from Christ
